At Anthony Carroll Art, we aim to ensure that our customers are delighted with their purchases. However, we understand that occasionally issues may arise. Therefore, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

Refunds

We accept refunds only in the event that the artwork is damaged upon receipt. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at enquiries@anthonycarrollart.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged artwork. We will assess the damage and provide further instructions on returning the item.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any reason other than receiving a damaged artwork. If you have received damaged artwork and wish to exchange it for the same item, please follow the instructions provided for returning the damaged artwork.
